When did you start karting?
2001, at the East Lansing Kart Track, my brother and I took a lesson and from then on I knew what I wanted to do. My very first race I made it on the podium. I was the only Briggs powered kart in a field of Yamaha’s. I still have that very first trophy.
Every young driver as hopes and dreams to become just like a particular professional or non professional driver, who is that driver for you?
Sebastian Vettel, he has a passion for racing and winning.
What is your favorite memory from karting?
Sweeping the 2008 Rotax Nationals in Senior Max
Do you have a nickname, if so what is it?
For those who watch Entourage , some call me Arie Gold
What form of racing do you aspire to?
Definitely endurance racing, I would like to win the 24 hours of LeMans or Daytona in the future.
What is your favorite flavor of ice cream?
Superman or Mint Chocolate Chip

2011: Signed with APR Motorsports to race in selected events during the 2011 Grand Am Continental Tire Series ST class
2011: Accepted the position of Chief Driving Instructor at F1 New Jersey located at New Jersey Motorsports Park
2010: CKI KF2 National Champion, 8th in VW TDI Cup Rookie season with two podiums and one pole position, Team USA Scholarship nominee, VW Motorsports Karting Scholarship award winner.
2009: CKI KF2 National Champion, 5th at Rotax Grand Nationals, Debut in Skip Barber with 2nd and 4th position finishes.
2008: Rotax Senior National Champion, 6th in Stars of Karting ICC Shifter championship, EKN Rising Star Award winner, EKN September driver of the month, Skip Barber Karting Scholarship award winner, Competed in Rotax World Finals in La Conca, Italy.
2007: 2nd in Rotax Senior at Rotax Grand Nationals, 5th in DD2 at Rotax Grand Nationals, 13th at Rotax World Finals in Rotax Senior, First American to win a heat race at the Rotax Grand Finals, NorthEast Regional Champion in Rotax Senior and DD2.
2006: Competed in Stars of Karting JICA, NorthEast Regional Rotax Junior Champion.
2003: WKA Grand National Champion
2002-4: 5 Time Michigan State Champion
